- Do not upload any photos that are against United States Law. This means, child pornography, bestially, etc.
- Only upload photos that are with in the extensions we allow. They are currently: jpeg jpg gif png
- You must be 18 or older to upload photos to our web site or to participate in our forums.
- You understand that Imagewaste image hosting can not be held liable for lost content due to server crash, or if the site just does not survive due to lack of funds.
- You understand that Imagewaste image hosting is not responsible for any content that you, the user uploads.
- Do not upload copyrighted photos/content without permission from the owner.
- imagewaste.com reserves the right to remove any image for any reason whatsoever. You agree that by uploading images to our server, you will obey our rules that are listed. Hotlinking is prohibited. Please only use the provide codes that are generated when you upload your image.
- We have the right to ban your IP address from our server so that you can no longer access our free image hosting service.
- All images that are uploaded are copyrighten by their respective owners. Imagewaste.com is not responsible for the content of the image that any one of our users upload or where images that are hosted by us are posted.
- The operation of this webite is based solely on our users which we have no control over. The quantity of images that are uploaded daily is enormous and we simply do not have the time to go through each image to check for it's legality or nature.
